Its time to invest in yourself

Hi, I’m Sartu-Sabrina. 


Is your life a ‘hot mess’ right now? Is there part of you that wants space – so the thoughts running through your mind will just calm down? Are people always asking you for things and you never seem to have enough to give? Are you struggling with grief, or loss, or depression, or anxiety?

Maybe you’ve tried Google, self-help books, podcasts or videos. Perhaps, seeking help through talking therapies feels ‘alien’ to you – perhaps you’re the person that others always call strong or organised. No can imagine that you might be struggling. And a part of you may want to shout, “I’m not struggling! I’m just tired”. 


If any of this resonates with you, then I think you may be at capacity – you are full. 


When a person is full, they can experience low mood, depressive episodes and anxious feelings. You may want to withdraw from others. You might try to make yourself feel better by drinking, taking substances, alternative diets, eating more sweet or fatty foods, exercise or shopping. These can all give you a temporary dopamine hit, but after a while you will find that it becomes less and less less effective. 


It’s hard. I understand this, which is why working with me is an investment into your physical and mental well-being. Your own well-being deserves some care and attention.
